The bidder should have an annual financial turnover not less the Amount Put to Tender in any Two financial years in all classes of civil Engineering construction works only during the last five years 2021-22 to 2025-26. Audited balance sheet of Civil engineering construction works certified by the charted Accountant along with IT returns should be uploaded.Additional weightage at 10perecent for each of the year will be given for turn over to bring it to 2026-27 level

A copy of the contractor Registration certificate issued by KPWD

Copy of the Income Tax Returns filed for the financial year 2025-26. Assessment year 2026-27

Copy of GST Registration certificate. Bidders are advised to note that GST on works contract as per Govt notification time to time is applicable

A copy of PAN CARD

ESI Registration certificate along with uptodate paid channals upto atleast July-2026 of present financial year

EPF registration certificate along with uptodate paid channals upto atleast July-2026 of present financial year

The intending bidder or firm or company should have satisfactorily completed One Similar Nature of work costing not less than 50perecent of the amount put to tender in any one of the last five years 2021-22 to 2025-26 The related certificate should be furnished from the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer Additional weightage at10perecent for each of the year will be given to bring it to 2026-27 level

Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum condition criteria will only be qualified if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value the available tender capacity will be calculated as under Assessed available tender capacityis A x N x 2.5-Bwhere A is Maximum value of Civil engineering works executedin any one year during the last five years 10perecent will be added every year to bring it2026-27level N is Number of years prescribed for completion of theof the works

If the bid amount based on the percentage quoted by the contractor is less than the amount put to tender the contractor shall submit the additional performance security amount equal to the difference between the amount put to tender and quoted amount through the FDRorDD for the difference amount Additional Performance Security for the said work separately drawn in favour of Administrator CADA TBP Munirabad should Submit at the time of Agreement

The successful Bidder shall deliver to the Employer a Security deposit in the form of DDorFDR in the favour of the Administrat or CADA TBP Munirabad for an amount equivalent to 5 perecent of the Contract price in accordance with the conditions of contract at the time of Agreement and Succefull bidder should sign the agreement within 20 Days from the date of issue of letter of acceptance failling which his tender agreement will be cancelled and EMD will be forefeited
