Open Tender for Selection of Transaction Advisory Services for Development of Ayaba, Dariya Bhadurgad and Malpe Island in Udupi District (Under PPP Mode) in KARNATAKA

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The bidder is required to ensure browser compatibility of the computer well in advance of the last date and time for receipt of tenders. The departments shall not be responsible for non-accessibility of the e-Procurement portal due to internet connectivity issues and technical glitches at the bidders end.

The bidder shall be a single entity/ Government-owned entity or Consortiums or Joint Venture or Company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 or undertakes to incorporate itself as such before the execution of the Contract

The bidder must comply with all the terms and conditions as laid out in the RFP

Tender inviting authority reserves the rights to reject or accept any one or all tenders at any stage of the tender, which will be binding on all bidders.

Applicants must carefully read the minimum conditions of eligibility (the Conditions of Eligibility) provided herein. Proposals of only those Applicants who satisfy the Conditions of Eligibility will be considered for evaluation.

While submitting a Proposal, the Applicant should attach clearly marked and referenced continuation sheets in the event that the space provided in the specified forms in the Appendices is insufficient. Alternatively, Applicants may format the specified forms, making due provision for incorporation of the requested information.
