Document Requirements
The Bidder should have an experience of supplying the same/similar material to AP/TGGENCO/NTPC or any other power stations/sub-stations/any PSU and shall furnish the documentary evidence such as performance certificates/ PO copies of the same/similar material in support of qualifying requirements failing which offers are liable for rejection
The bidder shall be an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) or an authorized dealer of the OEM. Necessary documentation proof shall be submitted
Bidder should have valid GST registration and PAN card Copy
Bidder should submit 6 or 8-digit HSN code
Bidder should submit Acceptance of all schedules duly filled and with signature and stamp
Bidder shall quote only for the makes, specifications and material of the items mentioned in the Schedule.
Bidder should submit the complete detailed technical specifications along with make quoted of the trays, as part of the technical bid
Bidder should submit acceptance to provide the equipment shall have a minimum warranty of 24 months from the date of supply
Bidder should submit acceptance for payment terms i.e. 100% within 30 days after receipt of material at site in good condition
Bidder should submit acceptance to submit the Test certificates containing results of tests conducted along with material
Bidder should submit acceptance that the deviations from the tender specifications and requirements are clearly mentioned in the schedule-8 with price implications if any, any deviations mentioned in later stage will not be accepted
Bids submitted with price details in technical documents will be liable for rejection without intimation. Price should be quoted only in online.
Bidders who are technically suitable as per tender specification will only be considered.
Responsibility for correctness of the information submitted in the online bid lies with bidder. If any information furnished in the bid is proved to be false at a later date, the bid will not only be rejected but the bidder will be BLACKLISTED
