Bid in the prescribed format Appendix-I along with all Annexures and supporting documents

Certificate regarding compliance with Rule 144xi of the General Financial Rules Appendix-VI, wherever applicable

Certificates from the client confirming that the claimed project is currently under operation and maintenance, wherever applicable

Company Registration Certificate

Completion Certificates issued by the client for eligible projects

Copies of the audited Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Account for the immediately preceding financial year of the bidder/each consortium member

Copy of GST Registration

Copy of PAN card

Copy of the Memorandum and Articles of Association for a Company or Partnership Deed for a Partnership Firm

GST Returns filed for last financial year

In case of consortium projects, a certificate from the Statutory Auditor or Client indicating the bidders share in the executed work

Income Tax Returns filed for last 3 years

Joint Bidding Agreement Appendix-V, in case of a Consortium

Power of Attorney for signing the Bid -Appendix-II

Power of Attorney for the Lead Member Appendix-III, in case of a Consortium

Statutory Auditors Certificate certifying the Net Worth of the bidder issued by the Chartered Accountant

Statutory Auditors Certificate or Clients Certificate indicating payments received/works executed for the eligible projects
