GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:: 2026-27 1. Registered contractors are eligible as per G.O. MS. No. 94, Dt. 01.07.2003 and its subsequent amendments. 2. GST registration and Latest GST clearance 3. PAN Card and Latest Income Tax returns 4. 1% EMD on estimate cost and transaction fee should pay through online only, DDs are not accepted otherwise tender should be summarily rejected. 5. EMD & Transaction fee receipt should upload compulsory 6. 3AN-B condition must satisfy the contractor. 8. The successful bidder shall invariably furnish the balance EMD 1.5% and Certificates /documents of the uploaded scanned copies to the tender inviting authority before entering into the agreement either personally or through courier or post and the receipt of the same within the stipulated date shall be the responsibility of the successful bidder. The Department will not take any responsibility for any delay in receipt/non-receipt of original DD towards EMD, certificates/documents, from the successful bidder before the stipulated time. 9. ASD should be paid by contractor as per G.o Ms No 17 date; 06-02-2004. 10. Even while execution of the work, if found that the contractor had produced false/ fake certificates of experience he will be black listed and the contract will be terminated. 11. The Executive Engineer have rights to cancel/recall the tenders without prior notice to the contractors. 12. Registered contractors Possess the valid registration in the class and category mentioned in the NIT and satisfy all the conditions therein are eligible for this work. 14. Any document as per NIT terms & conditions.
