Supplying of 3.0 TR (Nominal Capacity ) invertor type Metal body Ceiling / wall suspended ,Single circuit, High Static pressure ductable split AC unit, EER not less than 10 BTU/ W-h having cooling capacity not less than 36000 BTU/Hr, Minimum 45 Pa static pressure suitable for operation on 230 V Single Phase / 400 V 3 Phase 50 HZ AC supply having front flow type indoor unit, air cooled condenser, initial charge of eco friendgly refrigent gas (R32/R410A), Rotary/Scroll Compressor , LCD remote control, protection from under voltage, over voltage, phase imbalance voltage, phase loss, phase reverse & HP/LP etc as per manufacturer/ departmental specifications etc. as required. The evaporator and condenser coil comprise of copper tube, aluminum fin.

Installation, Testing and commissioning of of Following Capacity Inverter type ductable Air cooled split AC unit as per item No.1 & 2 above in equipment Room, cooling unit comprising of front flow type indoor unit, air cooled condenser including providing suspension /support of indoor unit from ceiling / wall as per site conditions and installation of outdoor unit on existing MS structure with necessary vibration arrestors and providing interconnection between indoor and outdoor units, electrical connection from power outlet, making opening in the wall if required and minor civil work & making good the damages, leak testing etc. complete as per manufacturer recommendation / departmental specifications etc. complete as required. (b) 3 TR Ductable

Supplying and fixing copper refrigerent pipe line (hot gas & liquid) suitable for 3.0 TR ductable AC units both 3/8 inch for gas line and 5/8 inch (outer dia & 1.2 mm thick) for interconnection of outdoor and indoor units as per manufacturer specification on existing MS tray / surface alongwith suitable size rubber foam/insulation i/c necessary flare nuts, suitably brazing with the existing pipe clamping, making holes in walls, same etc., as per site requirement.

Supplying and Fixing of following sizes of rigid U-PVC piping from outlet socket of AC unit complete with elbow, T-joint, socket duly supported as per site requirement and insulated with 6 mm thick closed cell nitrile rubber insulation etc. complete as reqd for drainage purpose. strain clamps, bolts, nuts, washers including cutting and making good the walls etc. complete as required. (a) 25 mm dia, 2 mm thick.

Supply &laying of following size PVC Insulated shielded multi strand FRLS Copper flexible cable including interconnection etc. complete as required (a) 3 X 1.5 sq mm

Supplying & Fixing of following size PVC insulated PVC sheathed Copper conductor armoured cable of 1.1Kv grade on surface/ recess of wall with MS saddle complete as reqd. (a) 4 X 2.5 Sq.mm

Supplying of 4 x16 Sq.mm. XLPE insulated PVC inner sheathed Aluminium Conductor Armoured Cable of 650 or 1100V grade conforming to IS 7098 Part 1 1988 with upto date amendments including laying in the existing RCC or HUME or METAL pipe or fixing on wall surface with suitable clamps or in the existing masonry open duct etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 100 Amp rating, Three pole, MCCB with variable Thermal Magnetic Release Range 25to32 or 50to 63 or 80to100A breaking capacity 25KA at 415V 50HZ AC Supply and Conforms to IS IEC 60947 2 Make and Model of LandT DN0 100C or equivalent similar superior make with Ics equal to 100 percent Icu and terminal spreaders in existing cubicle panel board including drilling holes in cubicle panel making connections etc as required

Supplying and fixing 8 Way surface or recess mounting vertical type 415 volts TPN Double Door MCB distribution board of sheet steel dust protected, duly powder painted inclusive of 200 amps tinned copper bus bar, common neutral link, earth bar, din bar for mounting MCBs including Four Pole 16KA 100 A MCCB as incommer and interconnection between incomer MCCB and bus barsas required.

Supplying and fixing 5 amps to 32 amps, 415 volts triple pole C curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 5 amps to 32 amps, 240 volts Single pole , C curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying, installing, balancing and commissioning of fabricated at site GSS sheet metal rectangular/ round ducting complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, elbows, splitter dampers, vanes, hangers, support as per approved drawing and specifications of following sheet thickness complete as required. Thickness 0.80 mm sheet

Supplying and installing following size of perforated pre-painted M.S. cable trays with perforation not more than 17.5%, in convenient sections, joined with connectors, suspended from the ceiling with M.S. suspenders including bolts & nuts, painting suspenders etc as required. 150mm width x 50mm x 1.6mm thickness

Providing canvass connection made from suitable cloth and suitable required flanges made from GI material on both end for connecting ductable AC units with duct etc. as reqd.
