Details of value of civil Engineering works executed in the last 10 financial years by the Bidder in Statement-I with supporting certificates.

Details of existing commitments of the bidder i.e., works on hand in Statement-IV-A with Supporting Certificates and also details of tenders submitted in Statement -IV-(B)

Availability of critical equipment with the bidder in Statement V.

Availability of Key personnel with the bidder along with Consent letters and Qualification Certificates in Statement.VI.

Litigation history of the bidder in Statement VII.

A certificate from Chartered Accountant to the effect CDR/SDR not applied/ not availed /not continuing under CDR/SDR as per clause 2.2(i).
