Tender Notice for AICTE-IDEA-LAB in KARNATAKA

Tenderers should not be associated, or have been associated in the past, directly or indirectly, with a firm or any of its affiliates which have been engaged by the Purchaser to provide consulting services for the preparation of the design, specifications, and other documents to be used for the procurement of the goods to be purchased under this Invitation of Tenders. 

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Supply must strictly adhere to quantities and specifications mentioned in the Purchase Order.

Payment is released only after successful supply installation, and commissioning. Final inspection and acceptance by the Purchasers Technical Committee. No payment for damaged, non-functional, or non-compliant items. Mandatory documents for payment: delivery challans, installation report, warranty documents, training certificate, and invoice.

Vendor must ensure the timely delivery, installation, and commissioning, including all necessary accessories. Comprehensive on-site training must be provided to faculty, staff, and students, covering Equipment operation, Safety protocols, calibration, and maintenance. User manuals must be provided in both hard & soft copies.

Minimum 3-year onsite warranty from date of installation. Technical support to be provided within 48 hours of the complaint. Free repair/replacement of defective items during warranty (including transport & labor). Delays or service failures may invite penalties or vendor disqualification from future procurements.

All equipment must be delivered, installed, and commissioned within 6 weeks of the Purchase Order issuance date (unless otherwise specified). Vendors must provide a clear delivery schedule along with their bid. Any delay beyond the agreed timeline will incur penalties at the purchasers discretion, including, but not limited to, deduction from payment, liquidated damages, or cancellation of the order.

Partial quotations or item-wise bids will be rejected.
