Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1-3-6 (1 Cement - 3 coarse sand (zone-III) -6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level and below plinth level.Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or 550D, complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form as per directions of Engineer-in-charge at all leads and liftb) In superstructure columns, lintels, beams, plinth beams, roofs etc., complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete,complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Constructing masonry Chamber 120x120x100 cm inside, in brick work in cement mortar 1-4 (1 cement - 4 coarse sand) for sluice valve, with C.I. surface box 100 mm top diameter, 160 mm bottom diameter and 180 mm deep ( inside) with chained lid and RCC top slab 1-2-4 mix (1 cement - 2 coarse sand - 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) , ic necessary excavation, foundation concrete 1-5-10 (1 cement -5 fine sand - 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and inside plastering with cement mortar 1-3 (1 cement - 3 coarse sand) 12 mm thick, finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design - 18.35.1 With common burnt clay F.P.S.(non modular) bricks ofclass designation 7.5, complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and Installation of pre-fabricated & moulded outside and then to be fixed at the location and make it leak proof by Welding or Any Other Means. Material used for the Fabrication of the Drain must have due Chemical Resistant against 98% Sulphuric Acid and Sodium Sulphate and compatible to the site other operating conditions. Total Thickness of the Drain Fabricated with Plastic Laminated Poly Propylene Homo, Sheet, Fibre and Resin with 6 to 8MM thick including cost of all materials, labour charges, tools and tackles and taxes etc. complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge.
