• Electrical QR requires possession of a valid Electrical Contractor’s license of grade EA/ESA; if renewing, provide renewal evidence. If not held, bidder may engage an electrical agency meeting (i) and (ii) with joint Undertaking on ₹20 stamp paper and provide agency documentation.
• Financial criteria demand average annual turnover of at least ₹83 Lakhs over the preceding three financial years; if formation occurred within 3 years, turnover is calculated by dividing the latest year’s turnover by three.
