The contractor shall have valid GST registration & PAN Numbers on the firm or on individuals, on their name and the documentary evidence shall be furnished along with e-tender.

Income tax Clearance Certificate: The contractor shall furnish a copy of latest income tax returns submitted along with the proof of receipt invariably

Should be registered with the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner having valid independent EPF Code Number is required and documentary evidence shall be furnished along with e-tender.

Should possess valid independent ESI code No. or G.I coverage as applicable and documentary evidence shall be furnished along with e-tender.

Those who have PEMD of Rs.250000/- with TGGENCO are exempted for payment of EMD

The contractor must pay the EMD as prescribed in the tender notice failing which the tender will be liable for rejection

The electronically paid EMD details or DD details shall up load invariably along with requisite documents as prescribed in the tender notice failing which the tender will be rejected.

SC/ST/Waddera Societies and individuals are exempted to pay the requisite EMD.

MSME/NSIC/SSI registered units are exempted to pay the requisite EMD. However, the e-tenderer shall furnish relevant Industrial classification codes invariably registered under MSME/NSIC/SSI units. Furnishing of irrelevant Industrial classification codes registered in the MSME/NSIC/SSI units, such e-tenders will be summarily rejected.

The contractor should engage sufficient experienced man power on Pressure part works whenever required as per the instructions of Engineer-in-charge along with required T&P for attending the subject work. Under-taking letter for the same shall be enclosed failing their tender is liable for rejection.

The contractor shall engage one B.Tech/B.E Mechanical Engineer for supervision of work on Pressure Parts and one Diploma Engineer for D-Meter survey for Boiler Tubes and Radiography tests for Welding Joints. Under-taking letter for the same shall be enclosed failing their tender is liable for rejection.

Firm registration certificate shall be up loaded in the e-procurement platform.

The contractor must have previous experience in executing critical activities such as Executing HP welding joints & Assembling and operation of furnace platform (sky climbers) during last 6 years in 210/250 MW or above capacity Units under renowned power utility companies like TGGENCO, APGENCO, NTPC or any other PSUs.

Documentary evidence at least two Purchase Order copies shall be up loaded invariably along with satisfactory service certificate from the competent authorities not less than the rank of Divisional Engineer or any equivalent authority failing which their tender is liable for rejection.

The experience certificate furnished by the contractor will be examined by the Field Engineers in detail and the same will be considered strictly based on their recommendations otherwise the tender is liable for rejection.

And also, the bidder shall not have any pending works beyond agreement period from the date of tendering of the work. If any circle head issued final notice regarding the poor performance of the contractor, then the bidder is liable for rejection.

Further the contractor must have special class IBR license from Department of Boilers of any state endorsed by Director of Boilers, Telangana State. Documentary evidence of the same shall be enclosed failing their tender is liable for rejection.

The contractors should engage sufficient number of certified IBR licensed welders (duly endorsed by Director of Boilers, Telangana State) during execution of Pressure Parts repair works. Under-taking for the same shall be enclosed failing their tender is liable for rejection.

The contractor must have special class license (Boiler and steam pipe lines for 150 kg/cm2 and above)
