Excavating in trenches nexc 15 m wide and nexc 15 m depth for foundation etc or for shafts wells cesspits manhole pier hole taking out and laying of cable etc nexc 10 sqm on plan and nexc 15m in depth and getting out in any kind of soil Note Manual excavation to be done During excavation if any damage occured to existing cable any type/ water pipe line it will be contractor responsibilty to get it repair and make functional by providing jointing kit etc without any extra cost Contractor has to repair it within 24 hrs so that essential service can not be effected due to such damageIf contractor fails to repair it within 24 hrs penalty Rs 500/ will be charged to contractor In this GE decision will be final conclusive and binding

Removing excavated Materials (Soils) not exc 5000 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 150 mtr above the Starting Point in Soil complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for fly ash bricks locally available laid dry width wise across the line of cable in trenches for protection of UG cable complete all as specified and as directed

Supplying and fixing Galvanised mild steel pipe /tubing light grade complete with all fittings of 50 mm bore dia laid in trenches / under roads fixed to poles/ walls with Mild steel clamps bolts nuts and washers as in cable protection complete all as specified and directed

M & L for Boring of horizontal hole under road pavement hardstanding suitable for passing through up to 80 mm bore complete all as specified Note (i) One run of boring of horizontal hole will be measured as one unit length (ii) All the precaution to be taken by the contractor before drilling the bore The contractor has to take plan of existing cables any type and pipe line in existing area before drilling the bore (iii) Any damage to existing cables any type and pipe line in the way of drilling the bore will be repaired and make good by the contractor No extra cost will be paid on this account (iv) Contractor has to get the survey of route length and depth for boring before quoting the rate

Labour only for disconnecting isolating and taking out burned/unserviceable lugs switchgear metering devices wiring bus bar etc from any type of pannel/board and replacing the same with new ones including testing completee al as directed by EngrinCharge Note (i) New parts will be measured and paid separately under respective items as supply only (ii) The item will not be operated simultaniously alongwith the item No 3000
