The Civil Contractors having valid Registration certificate in appropriate class as per following orders of Government of Telangana (In case of JV, all the partners of JV shall have appropriate class of registration suitable for their proportionate share in JV).as per NIT

Further, the tenderer (for JV, any member of JV) or their employee shall possess valid A grade Electrical license An undertaking to the effect that if the tenderer turns out to be L1 bidder, shall produce a MOU on Rs.100/ NJS paper with A grade Electrical License holder if the work was allotted to agency, they will employ an A grade Electrical License holder with Govt of TG as per NIT

Copy of BG/online payment towards EMD in the shape of Irrevocable and Unconditional BG pledged in favour of Superintending Engineer (PH), TUFIDC, Unit III, Mahabubnagar valid for 06 months as prescribed in the standard format issued by any scheduled commercial / Nationalized Bank OR Online transaction details, by utilizing the payment gateway service on e-Proc platform In case of JV, as per NIT

Latest IT returns & PAN Card(for JV all members of JV should furnish the said documents) as per NIT

GST Registration certificate and latest GST returns of Government of Telangana/ State Governments anywhere in the country(in case of JV, all partners for JV should furnish the said documents) as per NIT

The bidder(for JV, all members of JV)shall submit Litigation History as per Statement VII A&B as per Bid document

The bidder(for JV, all members of JV)shall submit Proof of payment of professional tax to the commercial tax department of Telangana state. as per NIT

The bidder (for JV, all members of JV) shall submit a declarationonRs.100/-NJS paper that, ?The procurement of Diesel (POL) for this work will be made within the state of Telangana? and upload the same one-procurement platform, which shall be part and parcel of the agreement of the work. as per NIT

The bidder shall submit a declaration as given below, on Rs. 100/- NJS paper and upload the same on e-procurement platform, which shall be part and parcel of the agreement of the work. as per NIT

The bidder(for JV, all the partners individually or collectively) shall submit Proof of owning Quality Control Lab or having tie up with established Quality lab OR The bidder shall upload an undertaking that in case he turns out to be successful bidders (L1) he will establish Quality control laboratory or will have a tie-up with reputed laboratory as per NIT

Methodology, Program of construction (PERT) and quality management plan as per NIT

In case, bidder (for JV, if any of the members of JV) is not a manufacturer of DI pipes, the bidder (Lead partner of JV ) shall submit Attested copy of U form/ MOU obtained from reputed/ principal manufacturers of DI pipes to supply the DI pipes to the bidder for the execution of work as per Bid document

In case, bidder (for JV, if any of the members of JV ) is not a reputed Pump sets manufacturer, the bidder (Lead partner of JV )shall submit MOU obtained from reputed/ principal manufacturers of Pump sets to supply the Pump sets to the bidder for the execution of work. as per Bid document

The bidder (for JV, all members of JV) shall submit undertaking on non judicial stamp paper worth Rs 100/- duly stating that they have not been blacklisted / debarred / Suspended / demoted in any department in Telangana or in any State/Govt. of India due to any reasons as per Bid document

The Bidder / Firms who have applied for / availed Corporate Debt Restructuring (CDR) /Strategic Debt Restructuring (SDR) during last five (5) financial years and continuing to be under the same as on the date of tendering are not eligible to participate in the Bid. a certificate issued by the Statutory Auditor/CA stating that the Bidder / Firms has not applied for/availed the (CDR/SDR) as per NIT

The bidder (for JV, all the partners individually or collectively) should have successfully executed atleast one i.e., Construction of Check Dams/ Construction of any CC or RCC Structure across or along the Natural Streams / Water Bodies as a prime contractor during the last ten FY 2016-17 to 2025-26. Experience certificates issued by Engineer- In- Charge as per NIT

Bidders(in case of JV, all the partners individual or collectively) as a prime contractor executed physical Qty items in any one FY during the last ten FY i.e, 2016-17 to 2025-26. Construction Water treatment Plant-8.33 MLD Laying and jointing of 100mm and above size pipes of MS/DI/ RCC/PSC/ BWSC/HDPE/PVC or combined for WS-10961.67 Rmt and Construction of infiltration galleries 300 Rmt as per NIT

The bidders (in case of JV, all the partners) shall furnish details of value of Civil Engineering works executed in the last 10 financial years by the Bidder in Statement-I with supporting certificates. as per Bid Document

Bidders (incaseofJV, all partners individualorcollectively)Satisfactorily completed (or not lessthan 90% of physical value), as a PRIMECONTRACTOR, similarworks any component of WSProjects/ImprovementSchemes Sumps/PumpHouses/PumpSets/TreatmentPlants/Infiltrationwells/ galleries/Laying pipelines for transmissionmains&distribution network etc or combined)value not lessthan 2583.20 Lac as per NIT

The bidder (in case of JV, all the partners individually or collectively ) should produce liquid assets / credit facilities / Solvency certificates from any Indian Nationalized / Scheduled banks of value not less than Rs.1291.60 Lakhs. The solvency certificate should be in standard format as per G.O. Ms. No 94, I & CAD, Dt.: 01.07.2003 as per NIT

The bidders (in case of JV, all the partners) shall furnish Quantities of work executed by the Bidder in the last 10 financial years-in Statement?III with supporting certificates. as per bid document

The bidder (in case of JV, all the partners individually or collectively) should furnish availability of key and critical equipment (either owned or leased) duly giving an undertaking/declaration on a non-judicial stamp paper of worth of Rs.100/- with sufficient proof of equipment or leased agreement in Statement V, as per Bid document

In case of JV, the JV members entered into a legally valid Agreement for being jointly and severally liable (as per the format in bid document on 100/- NJS paper &upload the same. The name of the LeadMember/Partner shall be clearly indicated in the JV agreement. The Lead Member?s share shall not be less than 51% in the JV. Individual share of other two members shall not be less than 20% as per NIT

The JV agreement should clearly exhibit the responsibilities of the JV members. The non lead members of the JV shall execute a Power of Attorney in favour of the Lead Member (as per the format in bid document)

In case one or more of the members of the JV Firm is/are partnership firm(s), following documents shall be submitted & uploaded: a) Notary certified copy of the Partnership Deed b) Consent of all the partners to enter into the Joint Venture /Agreement on a stamp paper of appropriate value (in original). c) Power of Attorney (duly registered as per prevailing law) as per NIT

In case one or more members is/are Proprietary Firm or HUF, the following documents shall been closed & uploaded: a) Affidavit on Stamp Paper of appropriate value declaringthathis/herConcernisaProprietaryConcernandhe/sheissoleproprietoroftheConcernORhe/sheis inposition of 'KARTA

In case one or more members are limited companies, the documents shall be submitted & uploaded Notary certified copy of resolutions of the Directors of the Company, permitting the company to enter into JV agreement, authorizing MD or one of the Directors or Managers of the Company to sign JV Agreement, Copy of Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company. Power of Attorney as per NIT

The JV firm should furnish an undertaking from all the members that in case of award of work, the J.V Agreement deed is irrevocable by any one or all the members together until 3 months after the defect liability period after completion of the work. as per bid NIT

The JV Agreement should also include JV members to agree that the above undertaking to be without any prejudice to the various liabilities of the members of the JV(Bidder) including the performance security deposit as well as all the other obligations of the contract. as per NIT

The bidders (in case of JV, all the partners ) shall furnish Details of existing commitments of the bidder i.e., works on hand in Statement-IV-A with Supporting Certificates and Details of works for which Tenders are submitted / likely to be awarded in Statement -IV-(B) as per Bid document

Any other document required as per the conditions of NIT and Bid Document

The bidder should furnish Key Technical personnel with experience in Statement.VI. as per Bid Document
