Valid and authenticated copy of the Firm/Proprietor Registration Certificate issued by the city corporation/ Local Bodies.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Goods and Services Tax Registration Certificate

GST Returns (3B) filed details for the year 2025-26.

The minimum Annual Turnover should be Rs.40,00,000/-in any of the three years during the last five years (2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24,2024-25 and 2025-26) and the annual Turnover statement should be uploaded, audited by certified Chartered Accountant (CA)/registered CA firms/FCAs

The Income Tax Returns filed for the last three financial years i.e., 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25 has to be submitted.

The bidders must upload authorized balance sheet, profit & loss a/c statement details of the preceding three years i.e., 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25, audited by certified chartered accountant/ registered CA firm/FCAs.

The Firm/Supplier should have at least three year experience in last five years in supplying Stationery Items to various reputed State/Central Government, state level organization/ MNCs to an 80% of amount put to tender and satisfactory service certificate should be compulsorily uploaded in Proforma at Section XII (PROFORMA A).

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka. The agencies participating in the Tender must not be black listed by any State/Central Government Institutions/ Departments/Organizations.A self-declaration as in required format in Section XII: Annexure-1 must be compulsorily submitted in Rs.100/- e-stamp certificate as per Karnataka Stamp Act, 1957 and subsequent amendments. The said Declaration shall be duly attested by a notary after the date of notification of this Tender. If any of the participating bidders are found to be black listed then such Tender bids will be rejected
