Invitation to Bid - Proposal Selection of Vendor for Design, Development, Maintenance & Deployment of E-Lock with GPS based tracking system to Monitor the movement of excisable article for Prohibition, Excise & Registration Department, Government of Bihar in BIHAR

Legal Entity- -Should be a company registered under the provisions of the Indian Companies Act, 2013 or a partnership firm registered under the Indian Partnership Act, 1936 or the Limited Liability Partnerships Act, 2008. - Registered with the service tax authorities. - Should have been operating for the last three years.

Turnover The bidder in its name must have achieved a minimum average annual financial overall turnover of INR 5 crores for the last three years.

Net worth The bidder should have positive net worth in the last 3 (three) financial years till 2021.

Technical Capability The bidder must have successfully executed at least one project having involving GPS/ e-Lock solution in any central/State Government Sector/PSU

Bidder shall have experience of having successfully carried out and completed Supply and operation of GPS/GPRS based Vehicle tracking system for commercial goods transportation in India for minimum period of consecutive 2(two) years in the last 5 years ending last day of the month, i,e 31/03/2021, should have all the followings: a) Bidder should have experience of having successfully operated similar contracts for minimum of 2 (two) years continuously in the last 5 (five) years prior to the date of release of this NIT. b) Bidder should have at least 3000 units installed successfully with at least 600 units executed contract in a single order in India in last 5 years ending March 2021.
