The bidder as a prime contractor should have satisfactorily completed similar works such as RCC Culverts/ RCC Box Culverts/RCC Retaining Walls/ RCC box drain works/RCC Bridges/ RCC cross drainage works or combined works of value not less than Rs.198.45 Lakhs in any one financial year during the last Ten financial years i.e., from 2016-17 to 2025-26

Quantity of work executed in a) VRCC/RCC M15& Above or Combined Qty? 1054.04 Cum b) Reinforcement Steel with HYSD or TMT or combined Qty?99.75 MT in any one financial year during the last ten financial years i.e. from 2016-17 to 2025-26 in Statement-III with supporting certificates.

Liquid Assets / Credit Facilities / Solvency Certificate from Nationalized Bank/Scheduled Commercial Bank of value not less than Rs.99.22 Lakhs which is unconditional in departmental format. However, if the Solvency is conditional, then it shall be replaced with Unconditional Solvency before concluding the agreement. Validity of solvency certificate shall be 1 year from the date of issue.

Annual Turnover Certificate certified by the Chartered Account

Assessed available Bid Capacity as per formula (3AN ? B) should be greater than Rs. 99.22 Lakhs.

GST: The bidder should be registered with Telangana Commercial Taxes department for (GST) and shall upload the latest GST returns of the preceding quarter i.e., three (3) months before the month of tendering shall be submitted by the prospective bidders.

PAN: Copy of PAN Card

IT returns: Copy of Latest valid Income Tax returns submitted along with proof of receipt

Details of existing commitments i.e., works on hand and works for which tenders are submitted in Statement-IV with supporting certificates. For Existing Commitments, attach certificates issued by the concerned EEs indicating the balance work to be done, and likely period of completion or else it will be treated that the works shown are 100% to be executed (Considered as 100% work to be done).

a) The bidder should give a declaration on a non judicial stamp paper of Rs.100/- that he/she is having own/leased along with proof of ownership/lease of the required equipment/ machinery on critical equipment in Statement-V.

b) The bidder who stand first lowest in the bid shall have to submit the MoU as per the following before entering into agreement without fail (i) In case of bidder owns/leased a RMC plant, a self declaration on Rs.100/- non judicial stamp paper along with proof of owner ship/lease of the RMC plant.

(ii) In case of bidder doesn?t owns/of have lease an RMC plant, an MoU with RMC plant owner/firm on Rs.100/- stamp paper as per the prescribed proforma.

c) The RMC plant shall have valid QCI certificate with regular audits carried as per the norms. However, in case of new RMC plants, if the application is made for QCI certificate the same shall be submitted before entering into agreement.

Availability of Key Personnel in Statement-VI Graduate Engineer - 1 Diploma Engineer - 1

The bidder should give a declaration of no duplicate registration certificate except the registration uploaded in e-procurement platform for this tender on non-judicial stamp paper of Rs.100 (Copy enclosed for reference)

The Bidder / Agency should enclose self declaration, regarding the genuinity of documents uploaded through e-procurement. If any inappropriate / false documents are found later, action will be taken against the Bidder/Agency as per rules in vogue.
