A copy of the KPWD class-IV and above Contractors Registration with validity

The contractor has to upload scanned copy of the EMD paid through e-tender portal.

Latest copy of the income tax returns filed mentioning the PAN number.

Valid Employees Provident Fund Registration Certificate with EPF paid challan for the month previous to the month in which tender is called through e-procurement portal.

Copy of the GST Registration Certificate.

Each tenderer in his name should have in the last five years period i.e. 2021-22 to 2025-26 achieved in at least two financial years an average annual financial turnover in all classes of civil engineering construction works only of not less than the amount of Rs.18.73 Lakhs. The financial turnover shall be certified by the registered Chartered Accountant bearing UDIN along with copy of income tax returns filed for the year 2025-26 Should be furnished.

The intending bidder should have satisfactorily completed i.e.not less than 90 percent of contract value as a prime contractor at least one similar work such as O & M of Tank flling scheme or Lift irrigation scheme costing not less than the amount of Rs.9.36 Lakhs during the last 5 years i.e from 2021-22 to 2025-26.The work done certifcate should be obtained duly signed from an officer not below the rank of EE of the concerned division and countersigned by the SE of the same circle

To qualify for award of this contract, the bidder should have executed O & M with following minimum quantities of work in any 1 year during the last fve years i.e. 2021-22 to 2025-26 i. Minimum 2 Nos of CP or VT pumps with rating not less than 425 HP. ii. Minimum 11KV or Above Sub-station along with at least 5MVA or more Capacity transformer with allied equipments . iii. Bidder should have maintained at least a length of 24.8 Km or maximum of raising main/gravity pipeline

To qualify for award of this contract , liquid assets and availability and credit facilities of not less than the amount of Rs.5.62 Lakhs i.e Credit lines or letter of credit or Certifcate from banks for meeting the fund requirementt

The bidder should have and deploy the minimum key personnel/manpower for the smooth operation and maintenance of head work with other related activities during watering and non watering period. The bio data of individual key personnel signed by the individual member shall be furnished as mentioned in the bid document.

Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualification criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender Capacity will be calculated as under Assessed available tender Capacity is AXNX1.5-B

Scanned signature of the bidder/ authorized representative in case of a firm or company, to be attached while uploading the bid documents. Also in case of authorized representative, scanned copy of power of attorney should be uploaded & the original should be produced at the time of opening of tender.

Each of the documents uploaded to the KPPP-portal, should be self-attested by the contractor or an authorized representative in case of Firm/Company.
