Bids are Invited For Rajkiya Ambedkar Residential Girls High school (Cap-720) at Sheohar. in BIHAR

(1) Audit report of last five years duly audited by C.A

(2) Attached Banker' certificate on and after Date of tender publish.

(3) Attached as per sec 2- 1.4(b) bidders must declare themselvess their all existing commitment hiding fact be sufficient causefor rejection.(Form C1 & C).

(4) Bidding Capacity = (AxNx3-B) should be equal to or more than the cost of the work and where N=Time of completion of the project.

(5) The contracting firm/agency shall be a well established and reputed firm specialised in the trade and registered as a legal entity for a minimum period of 10 years and having experience and capacity in the execution of similar works.

(6) In case of joint venture analysis based on joint venture documents only should be submitted ( The documents will be submitted as per RCD letter no 8131 dt 24.7.12 related to J.V)

(7) Contractor/ firms should have achieved during last five years i n any one year a minimum Annual financial turn over (In all c lasses of Civil Engineering Construction works only) at least 50% of the cost of work ,ending on 31st March 2026. The annual turn over of previous years will be adjusted to 2025--2026 price level based on annual inflation of 8% (eight percent).

(8) The Contracting firm/ Agency Should have satisfactory completed as a prime contractor during last five years, ending (one month before date of tender).(Form B) As given below.

(9) The Contracting firm/ Agency Should have satisfactory completed as a prime contractor during last five years, ending (one month before date of tender) Contractors/Firm's should have completed 3 - works costing not less than 40% of Estimated cost. OR, Contractors/Firm's should have completed 2 - works costing not less than 60% of Estimated cost. OR,Contractors/Firm's should have completed 1 - work costing not less than80% (Eighty Percent) of Estimated cost. The completion certificate shall be issued by employer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or project manager. In case of private client thecompletion certificate and Valuation of Project issued by employer should be certified by the Retired Engineer/ Registered Valuer of Nationalized Bank/Insurance Company/ Income TaxDepartment. The bidders shall have to also submit good quality digital photographs of the completed projects.

(10) Similar nature of works means --- construction of Group Housing Buildings/ Township or Institutional buildings/ multistoried Buildings for State Govt. / Central Govt./ PSU Sector or any other nationally acclaimed organization in India only/Private Firm's or Individual Firm's.

(11) The contracting Firm/Agency should have adequate capacity of carrying out plumbing works , fire fighting and electrical works [through "1A CLASS" Electrical Contractor].It is mandatory to attache valid registration & Experience Certificate. They should also indicate name of the specialized Fire fighting agency.

(12) Firm should have required experience only in any state of India.

(13) The contracting firm /agengy should produce evidence of acce sss to lines of credit and availability of other financial resource facilities ( 10% of cost of work)

(14) The bidders shall furnish under taking that he would be able to invest a minimum cash up to 25% of cost of work

(15) Not abandoning work, not properly completing the contract , or financial failures/weaknesses etc.

(17) Oath of follow labour Rule and Regulations as per Govt. norms.

(20) Pan,GST,Registration With Dept.,CHARACTER ISSUE BY District Magistrate.

(21) IF SUB CONTACTROR MUST BE ATTACHED CHARACTER CERTIFICATE.Experience Certificate of identified Sub Contractor (Electrical/PHE) will be valid. Experience Certificate should be issued by at least Executive Engineer and equivalent officer. It is Mandatory to Attached Mutual Affidavit and Registration & Experience Certificate of Sub Contractor.

(22) Solvency Certificate of Value not less than 40% of the estimated cost.certified by his Bankers after the Date of Tender.
