The bidder should submit the MOU as a part of their bid with SBR technology provider for Secondary BiologicalTreatment. However, the bidder may submit revised MOU during execution with any other SBR Technologyprovider of equivalent or higher technical credentials, with prior permission from the department. Methodology, Program of construction (PERT) and quality management plan (As per Bid Document)
