Tender Notice for Procurement Services in TELANGANA

1. Bidder should submit previous 5years Pos in supply of similar material to AP/TGGENCO/NTPC/BHEL/Singareni Thermal Power Plant etc. or any other power stations above 210MW Unit and shall furnish the documentary evidence such as performance certificates/PO copies of the similar material in support of qualifying requirements failing which offers are liable for rejection. 2. Bidder must be OEM or authorized dealer of Siemens/Yokogawa/Thermofisher/Forbersmarshall make only. Original Manufacturer must upload NSIC/SSI/MSME or any other relevant certificate(s). Authorized dealer must upload the authorization letter issued by the original manufacturer. 3. The product should be latest compliance to meet the CPCB Norms. 4. The bidder should submit life span certificate of analyzers. 5. The bidder should supply complete Continuous Emission Monitoring system specified in this specification. 6. The bidder should supply all analyzers/monitors, transmitters including all required accessories for completeness of analyzers furnished by him even though this may not be specifically stated in other clauses of this specification. 7. All necessary interconnecting piping, tubing, fittings and valves etc. shall be furnished. 8. The bidder should supply all the necessary hardware, special cables and connectors for Continuous Emission Monitoring system. 9. The bidder shall be fully responsible for proper engineering, selection of hardware, manufacture, testing, installation, commissioning, calibration and satisfactory furnishing of complete and fully operational emission monitoring system, meeting the intent of this specification. All system components and accessories required for completeness of this system shall be furnished by the bidder although these may not be individually specified herein. 10. Preparation and submission of drawing/documents for approval /information to purchase/consultant. 11. Testing commissioning and performance testing of the complete system. 12. Submission of QA/QC plans, inspection & testing of the equipment, submission of test certificate. 13. The bidder should include in his offer, the recommended spares for two years of operation, mandatory spares, erection hardware & special tools & tackles (if any). 14. The bidder must offer special tools & tackles and special calibration instruments required during start-up, trail run, operation and maintenance of the plant. 15. Bidders with poor performance in executing the previous purchase orders /bidders who have executed partial supplies during the delivery period/bidders who have not supplied the material even after several notices/bidders who supplied the material lately and suffered the works/bidders whose supplies failed during guarantee performance period/black listed firms are not eligible for quoting as well as for price bid opening. 16. Bidders who are technically suitable as per tender specifications and annexure enclosed can only be considered. 17. Responsibility for correctness of the information submitted in the online bid lies with bidder. If any information furnished in the bid is proved to be false at a later date, the bid will be rejected.

1. The rates quoted shall be exclusive of Taxes. All Taxes and Charges shall be shown separately in Cost Component. 2. The quantities are likely to be increase or decrease as per necessity. 3. The materials have to be supplied at Kothagudem Thermal Power Station V&VI-Stages/O&M/ Stores / Paloncha /Khammam Dist. P&F, Freight and Insurance charges are to supplier’s account. 4. Earnest Money Deposit i) The EMD shall be provided as mentioned in the schedule of Tender document. ii) NO EMD is required against limited/single tender in case the total value of the offered items is upto 2 lakhs. No EMD is required against limited /single tender from PSU. iii) a) Bids without EMD, if required as per tender doc., shall be liable for rejection. b) EMD of those bidder who alter their price or withdraw their bids, do not accept order / letter of intent shall be forfeited. 5. Successful tenderer shall furnish PBG for 10% of the order value with validity over guarantee period with a claim period of 6 months from the date of supply of equipment, in case the offered items are Equipment / Instruments / Machinery. 6. Successful tenderer should furnish the Security Deposit of 2 ½% of total contract value in the form of DD / pay order / Bankers Cheque in favour of TGGENCO or Bank Guarantee within one month from the date of receipt of PO. NO SD is required for individual PO value upto Rs.50,000.00 7. The quotations shall be valid for 180 days from the date of price bid opening. 8. The Standard payment terms shall be 100% payment will be made within 30 days on receipt of material in good condition and on receipt of bills in triplicate duly certified by the consignee. 9. Penalty for late delivery will be of ½% per week of delay or part thereof subject to a maximum of 5% of total value of contract. 10. The material/equipment supplied shall be guaranteed for satisfactory operation for a period of 12 months from date of putting the equipment in service or 18 months from the date of receipt of materials at site whichever is earlier. 11. The Rate for each item shall be quoted separately. 12. All and any dispute or differences arising out of touching the order issued on this enquiry, shall be decided by court or tribunals situated in Hyderabad. No suit or other legal proceedings shall be instituted elsewhere. 13. You are requested to furnish Xerox Copies of latest income Tax clearance certificate. Registration documents of the firm. 14. You are requested to furnish your firm’s GST Registration Copy and Applicable GST rates of enquired materials with HSN Codes. 15. It is not binding on TGGENCO to accept the lowest or any bid. The Corporation reserves the right to place orders for individual items with different bidders and to revise the quantities at the time of placing the order. The quoted rates, terms and conditions shall apply. The order for the materials may also be split up between different bidders to facilitate quick delivery of critically required materials. TGGENCO further reserves the right accept or reject any / all bids without assigning any reasons thereof. 16. Please sent one copy of the technical pamphlet and previous purchases order copies on your firm.
