Financial Requirement (Not applicable for below 5.00Lakhs ECV Works): 1) The assessed available bid capacity of Bidders as per formula (3AN-B) shall be greater than the estimated contract value.(in terms of G.O.Rt.No.294 MA&UD (Engg.) dept dt:18.07.2020). A = Maximum value of civil engineering works executed in its name in any one financial year during the last Ten financial years (updated to current Price level i.e.,2025-26 price level ) taking into account the works completed as well as works in progress. N= Number of years prescribed for completion of the work for which Tenders are invited B= Updated value of Existing commitments and ongoing works to be completed during the period of completion of work for which Tenders are Invited. Annual Financial turnover and cost of completed works of previous years, shall be updated by giving weightage of 10% per year to bring them to current price level i.e. 2025-26 price level. The Sub Contractors /GPA holders experience shall not be taken into account in determining the bidder’s compliances with the qualifying criteria as per G.O. Ms. No 94 I&CAD, 01.07.2003. 11. For reservation works Caste certificate issued by Telangana Government to be uploaded and in case of societies, latest audit certificate also to be uploaded 12. A.S.D should be paid for the remaining less percentage if the contractor quotes more than 25 percent less over ECV at the time of bidding. 13. Tenders will be evaluated strictly in terms of G.O.Rt.No.85, Dt:17.02.2017, MA&UD, Government of Telangana 14. Only original documents to be enclosed and any false declaration of the above conditions, the tenderer may be disqualified 15. In case of SC / ST/Waddera /Sagara works the tenders will be evaluated strictly in terms of G.O. Ms no. 59, Dt. 21.05.2018, Govt.of Telangana 16. Payments will be done as per seniority of the bill submitted and will be subject to the existence of adequate funds within the relevant head of account. Agency shall not request for priority payment in any case. Any Such requests by the agencies will not be entertained by GHMC (As per Proc.No.817/ENC/GHMC/TA-III/K10/2022-23, Dt:15.10.2022) 17. Agencies shall not depend on payment of part Bills to ensure completion of work on timely basis. Hence the agency shall not stop or slow down the work citing delays in payment of part bills.(As per Proc.No.817/ENC/GHMC/TA-III/K10/2022-23, Dt:15.10.2022) 18. For all works costing Rs.20.00 Lakh and below, there shall be only one bill i.e., first and final bill. No running account bills shall be paid to the agencies by GHMC in any circumstance. Violation of any of the above special conditions will make the agency liable for being recommended for demotion to a lower class / Suspension of business / Removal from approved list as per GOs in Vogue.
