Replacement of damaged and worn out control and power wiring of star delta starter panel for one motor in existing AHUs electrical panel with new PVC insulated copper conductor wires of suitable size including providing and fixing of thimbles ferrules and new insulated fiber sheet for proper insulation removing of existing contactors cleaning and re fixing the same in position after proper checking and tightening of all connections complete as required Items are as per schedule of work item 3

Dismantling and replacement of existing faulty MPCB MS 116 in existing star delta starter panels of chilled water pumps on both primary and secondary sides i c testing etc complete as required Items are as per schedule of work item 5

Dismantling and replacement of following sizes of existing worn out faulty pipe at different floors levels i c Supplying laying fixing testing and commissioning of nominal sizes of chilled water piping inside the building with necessary clamps vibration isolators and fittings but excluding valves strainers gauges etc duly insulated with following closed cell elastometric nitrile rubber of minimum 45 Kg cu m density thermal conductivity 0 037 W MK or better at 20 deg mean temperature class O insulation applied by suitable adhesive complete including repairing of damage to building etc as per specifications and as required complete in all respect Note The Pipes of sizes 150mm and below shall be M S C class as per IS 1239 and pipes size above 150mm shall be welded black steel pipe heavy class as per IS 3589 from minimum 6 35mm thick M S Sheet for pipes upto 350 mm dia and from minimum 7mm thick MS sheet for pipes of 400 mm dia and above a 200mm dia 32 mm thick insulation Items are as per schedule of work item 7 a

Dismantling and replacement of following existing worn out faulty TPMCCB at different floors levels i c fixing following rating and breaking capacity and pole MCCB with thermomagnetic release and terminal spreaders in existing cubicle panel board including drilling holes in cubicle panel making connections Ics100 Perc Icu and Operational Voltage 690V etc as required 100 A 16 KA TPMCCB Items are as per schedule of work item 9 a

630 A 50 KA TPMCCB Items are as per schedule of work item 9 c

Making suitable modification replacement of overheated existing aluminium Bus Bar links suitable to fit 630 800ampcapacity TP MCCB i c cutting bending pvc sleeving testing commissioning etc complete as per site requirement Items are as per schedule of work item 10

Attending leakage in the existing chilled water pipeline of various diameters including cutting of damaged portion edge preparation welding testing and making the pipeline operational including providing and fixing necessary scaffolding ladders safety arrangements for working at heights ranging from 15 feet to 100 feet in shaft area cleaning the pipe surface applying anti corrosive paint on welded joints and restoring the system to its original condition complete as required Items are as per schedule of work item 12
