Bidders must submit documents on bidder letterhead, provide GST and PAN, attach financial statements, experience certificates, and a PSD for performance security. Ensure quotes are exclusive of taxes in Technical Bid; price elements belong in Financial Bid. Delivery must follow 10:00-16:00 working day window.

Required documents include GST certificate, PAN, experience certificates for similar transport, financial statements, EMD PSD via Bank Guarantee or DD, technical bids on letterhead, and OEM authorizations if applicable. All uploads must reflect acceptance of all specifications and terms.

Deliveries are permitted on working days only between 10:00 and 16:00, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. Dispatches require advance email intimation to the consignee, and GPS-enabled vehicles are not allowed inside purchaser premises.

Payments are made on a pro-rata basis after delivery. Price elements must be in the Financial Bid, while Technical Bid must exclude taxes and duties. Ensure compliance with GEM GTC and scope of work in Annexure-II.

Successful bidder must provide a performance security via Bank Guarantee or account payee Demand Draft; if DD, payable to Pay & Accounts Officer, VECC, Kolkata. Upload scanned PSD and submit hard copy to CRPU within 15 days of award.

Vehicles with GPS facilities are not allowed entry inside the purchaser’s premises; consignments must be dispatched through vehicles without GPS systems. Ensure compliance to avoid bid rejection.

The scope includes weight bands up to 1 MT, 3 MT, 5 MT, and 10 MT per trip with corresponding loading/unloading per trip. Confirm vehicle capability and route feasibility during bid submission.

Submit all required certificates on bidder letterhead, confirm acceptance of technical specifications, and ensure delivery terms align with Annexure-II. Lack of documents may lead to bid rejection per ATC.
