Tender Notice for Consultancy services for Structural Proof Checking / Vetting of Construction of Bridge Across Bhima River Near Kadani Village in Sindagi Taluk Vijaypur District from IIT IISC premier institutions (5054-MDR Bridge 2025-26-Lumpsum) in KARNATAKA

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The approach and methodology shall clearly define the Consultants approach to complete the assignment within the time frame and methodology adopted. Adequacy of the proposed work plan and methodology in responding to the terms of reference (TOR)

The Consultants Company should have and deploy the key personal / man power mentioned in the attached bid document for the assignment Bio data of individual key personal signed by the individual member shall be furnished. (General Qualifications, Adequacy for the project, Experience in region & language of key personal should be furnished

GST will be paid separately

Achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover of Rs. 16.00 lakhs from Consultancy Services which are Civil in Nature (The value of the Financial Turnover of previous years will be given a weight age of 10 % per year to bring them to the price level of the FY in which the tender is invited).The certified copies of the Audit Report, Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Statement, Turn Over Certificate etc. by a Chartered Accountant shall be furnished

The Turn over certificate shall have UDIN generated through ICAI Portal. Turn over Certificate without UDIN shall not be considered and treated as Invalid. The Confirmation letter issued by Chartered Accountant shall also have UDIN generated through ICAI Portal

Completed successfully for IIT Proof Checking cost not less than Rs.8.00 Lakhs (Credentials obtained from the client not below the rank of Executive Engineer shall be furnished)

Shall not have been Blacklisted or Terminated in any of their Previous projects

Shall not have any Litigation History in any of their Previous Projects.

Shall have valid GST Registration and other Statutory Registrations.

A Consultant may participate in any number of Packages

The employer is not responsible for any delay in accessing e-Procurement (KPPP) Portal

Conditional tenders will not be accepted

The Earnest Money Deposit Rs. 40,000/-shall be paid in full through E-payment

DPR Completion period is 60days(2months)

Proof checking of all structural drawings should be done by IIT/IISC at the cost of the consultant
