Supply of Fuel Cell Test Benches with PLC Panel Each Fuel Cell Test Bench comprising of 1 Stand to hold Fuel Cell QTY 01 No 2 Hydrogen Humidification System QTY 01 No 3 Set of Piping and manifold from Hydrogen quads carrying control and measurement instruments QTY 01 Set 4 Appropriate waste vent upto common vent line QTY 01 Set 5 Pressurized Hot water system consisting of Pump Storage tank Radiator for Heat rejection Set of control and Measurement QTY 01 Set 6 Electrical Load bank with Heaters in series and parallel connection interfacing with electrical lugs. QTY 01 Set 7 PLC based control system. QTY 01 Set 8 Electrical Control Panel as per PESO guidelines. QTY 01 Set 9 Data logging and acquisition system. Supply of Spares for OandM for 12 Months Post Commissioning as per Annexure A of Scope of Work

Scope of Operation and Maintenance Thermax shall arrange manpower for 2 months for the following operations. The responsibility of such operations is with Thermax. Consumables for the operations are in the MDL scope. Internal transportation of PAFC stacks from preservation location to test location Unloading of stacks at different locations except for Submarine loading area Unloading tilting stack hook up Preloading PAFC Stack testing Accessories fitment Stack Preservation and Routine Maintenance Training to MDL personnel
