Bids are Invited For Construction of School building at pendar oni at ward no 66 HDMC Hubli taluka of Dharwad dist in KARNATAKA

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e. 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26 Satisfactorily completed at least 50 Percent of the contract value, as prime contractor at least one similar work such as building work of value not less than Rs. 116.54 Lakhs.

To qualify for the award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e. 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26 executed in any one year the following minimum quantities of work 1.Earthwork Excavation/ Subgarde/Embankment -704.12 Cum 2. PCC/RCC/PQC- 529.86 Cum 3. TMT Steel - 37.38 Tonne 4.Plastering - 3019.10 Sqm 5. Flooring/Tiles -1242.03 Sqm 6. BBM/SSM/ CC-solid block/ similar masonry wall - 233.42 Cum.

The Tenderer should be a PWD Registered Class II & above contractor

Liquid assets and/or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs 77.69 Lakhs Credit lines/letter of credit/ certificates from the banks for meeting the fund requirement etc. LOC should be in prescribed format-2, if not, then the tender will not be accepted.

To qualify for the award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e. 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26 Achieved in at least Two Financial years a minimum financial turnover in all classes of civil engineering construction works only of Rs 466.14 Lakhs With UDIN Number
