Sports Base Work
Total thickness 6 inches. Excavation upto 6 inches depth including dressing and compaction. Providing anti weed oblique herbicide treatment for the entire area. Supplying, spreading and levelling stone for WBM oblique WMM thickness 4 inches by using stone aggregate of size 20mm and 60mm. Compact and consolidate using water, soil and roller. Base level of the Court to be 6 inches above surroundings. Adequate water drainage on all sides to avoid water logging.
Court Surface Acrylic Synthetic Court
Layer. Concrete base and Cushion Layer for Acrylic Synthetic Court. Laying of compacted sub grade of 150 mm thickness with WMM base of 150 mm thickness. Laying of PCC base layer of 100 to 150 mm thickness using M30 Grade Concrete with machine finishing. Construction of expansion joints at Every 4 to 5 meters sealed with polyurethane sealant and also providing anti-skid treatment and smooth finished surface suitable for acrylic synthetic treatment. Surface to be crack-resistant weather resistant and properly cured before application of acrylic layer.
Synthetic All-Weather Surface for Basketball Court ITF oblique FIBA Approved 8 Layer
Primer Course. Laying of one coat of Acrylic Primer. Filler Course. Laying of two coats of Acrylic Resurface blended with approved silica sand. Cushion Course. Laying of three coats for smooth cushioned finish during for the texture finishing. Texture Course. Laying of one coat, to provide a uniform surface texture and determining the speed of play and traction on the court. Finish Course. Providing and laying one coat, to create a vibrant, durable finish highly resistant to weather and ultraviolet degradation. The court should be of finish Blue, Green and Red colour.
Court Marking and Banding
High quality acrylic line marking as per FIBA Standards. Provision of customized centre logo oblique emblem comma side branding and modern colour theme for premium appearance
LED Digital Basketball Scoreboard
Size. 4 x 6 feet. LED Type. DIP 346 or better. Module Resolution. 32 x 16 dot or better. Brightness. Grater than 3000Cd oblique M3. Outdoor weatherproof LED digital scoreboard with timer, digital clock, team score, foul indicator and remote control operation.
Fixed Basketball Pole and Basketball Board with Net
Made of 8 inches Round Mild Steel Black Pipe and Finished with High quality P.U. paints fixed in ground 2 2 meter extension. 20mm Basketball Board A Grade Malaysian Acrylic Board with AR Frame 100 presentage virgin acrylic monomer. Premium Dunking Iron Ring with one pair of nylon Net and one pair of spare net. Safty padding to be provided on pole and board frame. Protective pole Padding. High density foam cushioning with weatherproof PVC covering to be provide on basketball poles. Fixed in ground cantilever system. Paint. Powder coated.

Light Pole. 9 m GI Octagonal lighting poles of 10M height placed on the sides Pole Dia 4 inches with steps for maintenance with foundation cable routing junction box complete. Court lighting system to provide uniform illumination level of 750-1000 lux with LED flood lighting suitable for professional and tournament level play. Electrical Cabling. Underground armoured cable with HDPE pipe, control panel, earthing and protection system complete. 16 LED Flood Light fixtures on Four poles 04 on each pole, each LED light of 200 watts. One double door weather proof distribution board with MS Sheet. Full Wiring from control panel to poles and to fixture.

Providing peripheral drainage system for rainwater disposal and surface protection complete. PCC drain with GI grating around court perimeter complete. Court gradient 1 to 100 10mm per meter for effective drainage.

Modern modular metal bleachers with powder coating finish and seating capacity for minimum six persons.
