Copies of GST Return Details GSTR 3B for the years 2022 23 2023 24 and 2024 25 must be attached

Copy of EMD Earnest Money Deposit payment proof submitted for the tender

Copy of Income Tax Department Registration Document PAN Card

Financial Capacity Certificate audited by a Chartered Accountant for the financial years 2022 23 2023 24 and 2024 25 must be attached

For bidders participating in the Chemical Section The supplier must mandatorily attach the Authorization Letter from the company mentioned in the Make column of Annexure 03 for supplying the specified chemicals

If applicable attach the authorized sales distribution license or authorization letter issued by the manufacturing companies for the products being supplied

Submit a Non Conviction Certificate issued by the competent authority

Submit the letter document showing that Income Tax Returns have been filed for the last three years Financial Years 2022 23 2023 24 and 2024 25

Supplier Name and Firm Name Full Address Office Telephone Number Mobile Number and Ownership of the Firm should be provided on the firm letterhead

Valid GST Registration Certificate for the current financial year
