Bidders must submit ATC Acceptance Letter, ISO 9001 certification for the bidder or OEM, product brochure, proof of experience, PAN, GSTIN, financials for last 3 years, ITRs, GSTR-3B, MSME/ZED certificates, CVC certificate, Non-Blacklist declaration, and the required ATC documentation. Ensure compliance with the 25% quantity option and minimum 30-day delivery extension rule.

Required documents include Experience Certificate & Past Performance, Product Specification Brochure, Proof of Relevant Experience, PAN Card, GSTIN with copies, Audited financial statements for 3 years, ITRs, GSTR-3B (6 months), MSME & ZED certificates, CVC certificate, Non-Blacklist on stamp paper, and the ATC Acceptance Letter.

Bidders must have ISO 9001 certification (for the bidder or OEM). The ATC also requires acceptance of additional terms. Ensure all supplied tables meet the ISO 9001 quality management framework and provide relevant certification documents during bid submission.

The purchaser reserves the right to increase or decrease the bid quantity up to 25% at contract placement and during the contract currency, at contracted rates. Delivery time adjusts per the formula (Increased quantity ÷ Original quantity) × Original delivery period, minimum 30 days.

Scope includes Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning, and Training of operators. Delivery timing follows the option clause; installation and commissioning occur after delivery, with statutory clearances if required. Ensure training dates align with project rollout in the Bihar region.

Submit last 3 financial years’ Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet or turnover certificate (CA audited with UDIN), ITRs, and GSTR-3B for the last 6 months. These accompany PAN and GSTIN copies to establish financial viability and tax compliance for Bihar procurement.

An ATC Acceptance Letter confirming acceptance of Additional Terms & Conditions is mandatory. It binds bidders to the overall terms structure, including quantity variation, delivery timelines, and compliance with ISO 9001 and other stated ATCs.

Statutory clearances, if any, must be obtained as part of scope. The bidder should verify local Bihar regulations, ensure compliance with applicable furniture safety standards, and include clearance documentation in the handover package to support post-installation approvals.
