Tender Notice for Procuring 4 Wheeler (Non AC) Car with Driver on Hire basis to the Office of Assistant Executive Engineer, H&FW, Engineering Sub-Division, Mysuru in KARNATAKA

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The legal status, place of registration, place of business of the company or firm or partnership

Copy of Annual turnover statement for past three years viz., (2023-24, 2024-25, 2025-26)

Copies of balance sheet of profit and loss account for past three years viz., (2023-24, 2024-25, 2025-26)

Average annual turnover in the past three years (2023-24, 2024-25, 2025-26) should be minimum Rs. 7.00 lakhs

Copy of Registration with Commercial Tax Authorities and GST number

PAN number with self-attested copy of PAN

Details of experience and past performance of the bidder during the past three years viz., (2023-24, 2024-25, 2025-26)

The agency should possess license to run a vehicle on hire/agency license from Transport department (RTO)

Vehicle must be duly registered and insured under relevant Government laws. Driver should be process valid LMV license

The bidder should possess minimum 1 Nos of similar vehicles in the name of Agency / Owners Name. Proof of such vehicle registration certificate shall be enclosed along with the bid

Latest copy of Emission Test Done certificate

Vehicle Insurance

Valid Registration Certificate issued by competent authority

Tax paid receipts

Should have provided at least 10 vehicles in any one of the past three years (namely 2023-24, 2024-25, 2025-26)
