1. Bids are invited on the e-procurement for the above-mentioned work from the civil contractor registration with the Government of Telangana. The details of Tender conditions and terms can be down loaded from the electronic procurement platform of the Government of Telangana i.e. https://tender.telangana.gov.in 2. Form of Contract - Lumpsum 3. EMD to be paid by online in favor of Commissioner, Jagtial Municipality (i.e. 1% of ECV) 4. The Tenders with an excess of the estimated contract value shall summarily be rejected. 5. All other relevant conditions are incorporated in the tender document. Note: The dates stipulated above are firm and under no circumstances they will be altered unless otherwise extended by official notification or happen to be a Public Holiday. B). The bidder should submit the following particulars invariably in the format specified in the tender schedules with necessary certificates/documents and to be scanned and uploaded online on an e-procurement platform, failing which his tender shall be treated as incomplete and summarily rejected. A) The bidder must be a Civil Contractor having valid Registration in appropriate Class with Government of Telangana as per G.O.Ms No. 94 (as amended from time to time). B) Copy of PAN card and Financial year 2022-23/ Assessment year 2023-24 IT returns C) Copy of GST Registration and Latest Quarter/month GST Returns D) Self Declaration by self attestation on stamp paper Rs. 100/- regarding genuineness of uploaded documents by the bidder E)Even while execution of the work, if found that the contractor had produced false/fake certificates of experience he will be blacklisted and the contract will be terminated and the work will be taken over invoking clause 60 (a) of PS of APSS. 6.Financial year-wise Annual Turnover (Value A) certified by CA (Charted Accountant) is to be uploaded. The highest value during the last 10 Years will be considered for the evaluation of bid capacity. 7. Self declaration for on hand works (Value of B) to be submitted by the bidder is not below rank of the Executive Engineer. 8.Works on hand forbid capacity (3AN-B) must be more than bid capacity.
