GST Registration 2) PAN card 3)EMD through online remittance or challan 4).The bidder shall furnish experience certificate of supply, delivery, erection and Maintenance of Machinery to Plastic Waste Management Unit.5) Copy of litigation history 6)Tenderers shall furnish Self declaration that they have not been blacklisted in any department in Telangana and owing responsibility to the documents uploaded in online . Any wrong declaration in this regard which comes to notice at a later date will disqualify them and the Tenders so received will be rejected and the Tenderer blacklisted 7).Annual Turnover certificate certified by CA along with profit & loss statement and balance sheet or Experience certificates of Supply, Delivery and Erection of Machinery to Plastic Waste Management unit works completed by contractor within a block period of Five years (i.e., from 2021-22 to 2025-26) 8).The bidder shall furnish the price for supply, erection and commissioning of Machinery to Plastic Waste Management Unit- as per the detailed technical specifications as mentioned in the Annexure-V in SBD. Any incorrectness/deviations noticed will be viewed seriously and apart from canceling the work, criminal action will be initiated including suspension of business.

The bidder is responsible for reading all tender conditions and upload relevant documents as specified in documents to be uploaded 2) Even at the stage of execution of work, if found that the contractor had produced false / fake certificates or information, he will be blacklisted and the contract will be determined under clause 60 (a) of PS to APSS, 3) The successful tenderer has to pay 0.04% of estimate contract value towards e-procurement corpus fund by the way of DD in favour of MD, TSTS, Hyderabad and hand over the same to the Regional Officer Panchayati Raj, Mahabubnagar at the time of conclusion of agreement. 4)The tender inviting / receiving authority reserves the right to postpone / cancel / reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever 5) the tenders received with more than the estimated rates shall be summarily rejected, 6) Negotiations are not permitted to be conducted at any level 7) If the Office happens to be closed on account of extraordinary holiday, the date of opening of the bids as specified, the bids will be opened on the next working day at the same time and venue, 8) the tender shall be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of opening of bid, 10) Any other details can be seen in the tender document.

All disputes or difference arising of or relating to the Contract shall be referred to the adjudication as follows: a) Claims upto a value of Rupees 10,000/-. - Regional Officer, (PR) Region, ___________ b) Claims above Rs.10,000/- and up to Rupees 50,000/-. - Engineer-in-Chief (PR) Administration, Hyderabad The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 or any statutory modification thereof. The arbitrator shall state his reasons in passing the award. Claims above Rs. 50,000/-. All claims of above Rs.50,000/- are to be settled by a Civil Court of competent jurisdiction by way of Civil suit and not by arbitration. The Contract shall make a reference for adjudication under this clauses shall be made by the contractor within six months from the date of intimating the contractor of the preparation of final bill or his having accepted payment whichever is earlier
