The proposed methodology and program of construction, backed with equipment planning and deployment, duly supported with broad calculations, justifying their capability of execution and completion of the work as per technical specifications within the stipulated period of completion as per milestones.

The particulars of quality control testing Lab owned, OR tie up with established quality control testing laboratories

A self declaration by the bidder in proof of going through all bid conditions (see format below check list)

Proof of Liquid assets for the required amount in the shape of Solvency certificate ( see form at Annexure III of bid document )

The Bidders has to upload necessary Certificate obtained from the Executive Engineer, Tribal Welfare, Utnoor ,Adilabad (Erstwhile District) where such BT HMP/BMP Plant has been located and the Executive Engineer, shall inspect and certify with route Maps on the (1) Location (2) Distance from last point of working reach and (3) OWNER ship of such plant, for which the bidder is intending bid

The bidder should submit a self declaration on Non-judicial stamp paper Rs.100/- in the standard format of statement-III of bid document, for the OWNED/LEASE key and critical equipment duly certified by EE of any Engg Dept. and for leased machinery along with proof of machinery certified by EE for the leased machinery for the following Key and critical equipment not earlier than 30th June-2025
