Bids are Invited For Providing and supplying of Motorized two wheeler gear less and with Retro Fitment of Additional Two wheel Attachment to CMC CHIKKABALLAPUR in KARNATAKA

Tenderers should not be associated, or have been associated in the past, directly or indirectly, with a firm or any of its affiliates which have been engaged by the Purchaser to provide consulting services for the preparation of the design, specifications, and other documents to be used for the procurement of the goods to be purchased under this Invitation of Tenders. 

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The tenderer shall bear all costs associated with the preparation and submission of his tender, and the employer will in no case be responsible and liable for those costs. The Tender processing fee shall not be refundable.

All the items in the tender include all lead, lifts, loading unloading, transportation, labour, hire charges of machinery, cost and conveyance of all material and all other such incidental charges necessary for successful completion of works as per the detailed technical specification and direction of Engineer in charge of this work.

All scanned documents to be uploaded shall be in original and the Commissioner CMC Chikkaballapur reserves the right to verify the documents before approval.

The legal status, place of registration and principal place of business of the company or firm or partnership.

As per Karnataka state Government order UDD-10/SFC/2007 Bangalore dated 19.01.2007, 3rd Party verification is compulsory if any bad remarks found in 3rd party report contractor is responsible for the same.

The intending contractors are requested to note that they should abide by the detailed instructions and conditions contained in the Standard Tender documents KG-1

A list giving full particulars, including available sources and current prices, of spare parts, special tools, etc., necessary for the proper and continuing functioning of the goods for a period of two years, following commencement of the use of the goods by the Purchaser.

Conditional tenders will not be accepted.

The employer reserves the rights to Reject or accept any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons.
