Tender Notice for Procurement Services in JOGULAMBA GADWAL, TELANGANA

i) Registration: The bidder shall be a registered contractor in Central Government or any State Government or State/Central Public Sector Undertakings in India (The registration under process is not acceptable) and shall have the license for executing the subject work.

The Firm must have done same/similar nature of work in hydroelectric projects, dams, barrages, thermal power stations, or similar under water structure during the last five years and shall furnish the documentary evidence such as performance certificate/PO copies of the same/similar works carried out in support of qualifying requirements failing which offer are liable for rejection.

Documentary proof such as work orders and completion certificates shall be enclosed.

Safety Requirements ? The contractor shall strictly comply with all applicable diving safety regulations. ? The contractor shall provide all diving equipment, communication systems, standby diver, emergency rescue arrangements, first aid, oxygen kit, and other safety equipment.

? All personnel shall follow TGGENCO safety rules and obtain necessary safety permits.

Scope of Videography ? The contractor shall carry out underwater inspection and HD videography of: ? Intake service gate grooves. ? Stop log gate grooves. ? Bottom plates of intake service gates. ? Any cracks, corrosion, cavitation, deformation, obstruction, or foreign material observed shall be clearly recorded.

Video Quality ? Underwater videography shall be in HD (minimum 1080p) with adequate lighting. ? Videos shall clearly identify the location of inspection. ? Date and time stamping is desirable.

? Submission of Deliverables ? The contractor shall submit: ? Soft copy of HD video. ? Still photographs. ? Inspection report highlighting observations. ? Soft copy in USB drive/portable hard disk.

Mobilization ? Mobilization shall be completed within 4 days from issue of work order. ? Necessary diving equipment shall be arranged by the contractor.

? Working Conditions ? Work shall be carried out only after obtaining clearance from Engineer-in-Charge. ? The contractor shall coordinate with station authorities regarding water level and shutdown schedules.

Insurance ? The contractor shall obtain adequate insurance covering divers, equipment, third-party liability, and accidental death/disability. ? TGGENCO shall not be responsible for any accident involving the contractor's personnel.

Responsibility for Equipment ? Any loss or damage to the contractor's equipment shall be the contractor's responsibility.

Compliance with Security Regulations ? All personnel shall obtain security clearance and follow the security procedures of LJHES. ? Photography shall be restricted only to the authorized work area.

Defect Liability If the videography is unclear or incomplete due to the contractor's fault, the contractor shall repeat the inspection at no extra cost.

Force Majeure ? Work may be postponed due to adverse reservoir conditions, floods, or operational requirements of the power station without any claim for idle charges.

Confidentiality ? All videos, photographs, and inspection data shall remain the exclusive property of TGGENCO. ? The contractor shall not publish, share, or use any images or videos without prior written permission from TGGENCO.

The contractor shall inspect the site before quoting and no extra claim shall be entertained later.

? The contractor shall arrange underwater lighting, cameras, communication equipment, compressors, and all accessories. A pre-work safety meeting shall be mandatory.

? Divers shall maintain continuous communication with the surface team.

? TGGENCO reserves the right to stop the work immediately if unsafe practices are noticed.

? All underwater recordings shall be handed over to TGGENCO before demobilization. v) Should possess valid Goods & Service Tax Registration number. vi) Should possess valid labour license.

o Responsibility for correctness of the information submitted in the online bid lies with bidder. If any information furnished in the bid is proved to be false at a later date, the bid will not only be rejected but also the bidder will be BLACKLISTED.
