Complete maintenance of existing Garden features incl lawns ground covers flower beds creepers and climbers shrubs topiary works ornamental and flowering trees at all the levels of area planting of annual seedlings cutting of hedge edge topdressing by spreading of good earth manureing spraying of insecticides pesticides application of fertilizers clipping of branches and all self grown trees if required disposal of rubbish generated during the whole day working at specified place etc all complete as per direction of officer in charge This includes a Lawn Area 10376 Sqm b Hedge Length 673 Rmt c Rockery Area 1826 Sqm d Maintenance of Shrubs Plants 1000 Nos e Maintenance of Potted Plants in cement pots 1075 Nos f Maintenance of Potted Plants in Earthen pots in Nursery 4500 Nos Note The cost includes the hiring chages of all TP materials and the same shall be provided by the contractor during the Contract period

Providing services of 01 no Supervisior Semi skilled for supervision of all works of RGB and nursary incl providing of technical support for preparation of bed prepration of seedlings preparation of mixture for plants resettling of pots application of ferilizer pesticide and insecticide according to requirement and to displaying the plants within the nursary premises in a proper manner and other miscillaneous works etc complete as per direction and satisfaction of officer in charge Note 1 The cost of ferilizer pesticide and insecticide is to be paid under respective items 2 All TP material shall be provided by the contractor

Supplying and stacking of cow dung manure at site including royalty and carriage with all leads and lifts etc complete as per direction and satisfaction of officer in charge Note The manure measured in stacks will be reduced by 8 percent for payment

Supply of Fertilizer Urea with proper packing at site etc complete as per direction and satisfaction of officer in charge

Supply of round earthen pots size 10 inch having good quality etc complete as per direction and satisfaction of officer in charge

Supply of round cement pots size 16 X 16 inch having 4 no wire vertical and 3 no wire horizontal of good quality etc complete as per direction and satisfaction of officer in charge
