A tender has been published for The issuing authority Following works shall be carried out quarterly during the contract period for the two identical sets of CO2 flooding system at MGHE power house. The one set of system for carting to the Units-1, 2, 3&4 and the second set of system for carting to Units-5, 6, 7&8. i)Cleaning of Heat Detector externaly with dry cloth ii)Ensure working condition of Heat detectors iii)Cleaning of Smoke Detector externaly with dry cloth iv)Ensure working condition of Smoke detectors v)Simulate Heat and Smoke detector simultaneously and check for cross Zone vi)Checking for leakage in pilot cylinder vii)Checking the weight of CO2 Pilot Cylindersviii)Check the condition of CO2 Pilot Hose ix)Check the condition of CO2 Discharge Hose x)Inspect pressure switch and check for its functioning xi)Inspect maual call points and check for its functioning xii)Inspect abort switch and check for its functioning xiii)Inspection of Online weigh monitor and check for its functioning xiv)Inspect Hooter with strobe and check for its functioning xv)Checking for healthiness of the battery xvi)Checking the condition for Slave NRV xviiChecking the condition for Master NRV xviii)Checking of Solenoids. xix)Refilling of CO2 cylinder and pressure testing 45 kg capacity and 4. 5kg capacity (In case release of CO2 gas during generator fire incidents) xx)Any other work connected with the system not explicitly mentioned shall also be carried out for safe and proper operation of the system. xxi)Conducting the demo of operation of the CO2 flooding system twice (once in 2 quarter) during the AMC period for KPCL staff. in KARNATAKA by.
