Contract Bidding Open For Procurement Services in TELANGANA

1. The Bidder should have an experience of supplying the same/similar material to AP/TGGENCO/NTPC or any other power stations/sub-stations/any PSU and shall furnish the documentary evidence such as performance certificates/ PO copies of the same/similar material in support of qualifying requirements failing which offers are liable for rejection

2. Bidder should have valid GST registration and PAN card Copy

3. Bidder should submit 6 or 8-digit HSN code

4. Bidder should submit Acceptance of all schedules duly filled and with signature and stamp

5. Bidder shall quote only for the make and material of the items mentioned in the Schedule

6. Bidder should submit detailed technical specifications with catalogue if any

7. Bidder should submit acceptance for submission of Relevant test certificate along with material

8. Bidder should provide guarantee period of minimum 18 months from date of supply or 12 months from date of use whichever is earlier for the quoted material

9. Bidders who are technically suitable as per tender specification will only be considered

10. Responsibility for correctness of the information submitted in the online bid lies with bidder. If any information furnished in the bid is proved to be false at a later date, the bid will not only be rejected but the bidder will be BLACKLISTED
