A8: The bid submission ends on January 9, 2025, at 11:00 AM. The bid opening occurs the same day at 11:30 AM. The validity period for bid offers is 180 days thereafter.

A9: Bidders may request technical clarifications within the 2-day window provided during the evaluation period ahead of the bid evaluation.

A10: Yes, an ATC document detailing specific requirements and penalties is attached to this bid. Bidders must comply with these conditions.

A11: Units must be delivered to the Space Applications Centre at Ambawadi Vistar PO, with the delivery expected within 180 days after contract award.
