- Calibration lab must be NABL accredited with valid certificate and scope of supply submitted with bid; MSME certificate must be uploaded for preference; instruments located at ICMR-NIRT Department of Bacteriology, Chennai. Service support must include dedicated/toll-free line and escalation matrix. Items are to be calibrated per manufacturer and NABL standards; on-site calibration acceptable per scope.
- Documentation to prove prior government/PSU calibration experience and ability to maintain traceable standards.
Terms, Conditions & Eligibility
- EMD exemption if bidder is registered under MSME or NSIC; must enclose EMD exemption certificate.
- Bidders must upload NABL accreditation certificate with explicit scope and validity; also submit ** MSME certificate** for preference.
- Office of Service Provider must be located in the consignee’s state (Tamil Nadu) with documentary evidence.
- Dedicated toll-free service support number and an escalation matrix must be provided.
- Optional/Interactive clause: quantity or duration may be varied up to 25% at contract issue and post-issue within limits; additional charges under excess settlement allowed with supporting documents.
