Bids are Invited For PROVIDING VEHICLES ALONG WITH DRIVER ON HIRE BASIS FOR EXECUTIVE ENGINEER, ASSISTANT EXECUTIVE ENGINEER, ZONAL COMMISSIONER AND OTHER OFFICERS OF HUBLI-DHARWAD MUNICIPAL CORPORATION, DHARWAD DIVISION in KARNATAKA

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The bidder is required to ensure browser compatibility of the computer well in advance to the last date and time for receipt of tenders. The departments shall not be responsible for non-accessibility of e-Procurement portal due to internet connectivity issues and technical glitches at bidders end

The bidder should have registered as travel agency from the State Government. A copy of registration certificate shall be enclosed with technical bid.-Rental Services of Transport Vehicles- registered as travel agency or taxi vehicle or anything by appropriate registration authority

The average annual financial turnover for any two financial year of the bidder in the last Five financial years out of five years i.e. for 2021-22 to 2025-26 shall be at least Rs. 42,60,000/-. The audited copy of turnover certificate shall be submitted

The bidder shall have the experience of successfully operating and providing cars/taxies during last 05 years (2021-22 to 2025-26) with at least two Govt. /PSUs organisations in Karnataka. The proof of the same (e.g. Work done certificate) shall be submitted along with the technical bid.

The bidder shall have a fleet of at least the number of vehicles that the Corporation is intended to hire under his disposable. The vehicles shall be duly registered with RTO as commercial vehicle, for the purpose of operating as taxi on hiring basis. The details of all the vehicles (Xerox copy of RC book) shall be provided along with the technical bid.(Own/Hire Agreement)

The bidder should quote for all the vehicles mentioned in the scope of services for 01 No. of AC vehicles or for 9 Nos. of Non AC vehicles otherwise the bid is liable to be rejected.

The bidder shall have a valid Bank Account number and shall provide the account details in the technical bid

The bidder shall have valid PAN number. Documentary evidences in this regard shall be submitted with technical bid. Income tax will be deducted at source as per the prevailing Income Tax rules.

The bidder should have office within HDMC limits means of communication like land telephone line, mobile telephone, email etc.,

The bidder shall have GST registration number. Documentary evidence in this regard shall be submitted with technical bid

Payment will be processed after submitting the satisfactory certificate from concerned officer along with log book duly submitted by officer, contractor and Driver

Contract will be terminated without any prior notice if there is no improvement after serving three notices to improve the service.

Fuel Tank of the vehicle shall be 80% full on any given time

Tenderer submitting a tender would be presumed to have read and fully understood all the terms and conditions and instructions contained in the tender documents and parts / annexure thereof. No enquiry, verbal or written, shall be entertained in respect of acceptance / rejection of the tender.

1percent of the daily amount will be deducted in case of delayed reporting by the driver and Rs. 2000/- for AC and Rs.1500/- for Non AC per day will be deducted in case non availability of vehicle on any day in case of hiring on monthly basis

The Agency who are participating in tender must attach the satisfactory service provider- certificate from the current department to whom the service has been provided at present
