The Firm / Company should be in the business as Implementing Agency for at least 5 years as of 31st March 2021

The responding firm shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt or fraudulent practices.

The Net Worth of the responding firm must be positive as per the last audited Balance Sheet.

The responding firm should be ISO 9000:2008 certified. ? The responding firm must be ISO 27001 certified ? The responding firm shall be assessed to be at CMMi level 3

Average Annual Sales Turnover generated from services related to System Integration (Agency)/ IT Services during the last three (3) financial years (FY 18-19, FY 19-20 and FY 20-21) as per the last published balance sheets

Company experience in implementation of integrated turnkey projects around scanning/Indexing and digitization as an Implementing Agency in India. Number of such Assignments of value (as specified for tiers) which have been completed/ongoing in the past 5 years (FY 16-17, FY 17-18, FY 18-19, FY 19-20 and FY 20-21,)

The responding firm must have a minimum number of IT Staff of technically qualified personnel in the domain of systems integration, as on 31st March, 20 on its roll.
