Bidder should be a Manufacturer / Authorized Distributor / Channel Partner / Dealer / Supplier of respective materials specified in the Bill of Materials
The Bidder shall furnish Copies of executed orders (or) performance certificate issued within the last 5 years (FY 2021-2022, 2022-2023,2023-2024,2024-2025 and 2025-2026) for supply of the subject materials/spares for Ash Handling System to power utilities/Govt. Organizations/Public Sector under(Refer section-I of tender document for complete qualification criteria and document to be furnished)
Technical specifications / product catalogue / brochures / datasheets pertaining to the offered materials such as make, model, dimensions, etc., if any, shall be furnished.(In the event that the bidder fails to submit the same or explicit deviations for the offered items, it shall be construed a(Refer section-I of tender document for complete qualification criteria and document to be furnished)
All relevant Bid Schedules, duly filled in, signed & stamped, along with supporting documentation. If schedules are not uploaded, it will be construed that the bidder complies fully with tender specification and accepted TGGENCO terms & conditions.
The company shall declare that it is not under blacklist by any Govt. Department PSU due to any reason.

Other terms: i)TGGENCO reserves the right to accept or reject the offer of the bidder who quotes the payment terms other than TGGENCO's standard payment terms. ii)If any irregularities or lapses observed in previous tenders/supplies to TGGENCO or if the tenderer/bidder was blacklisted for any of the reason in TGGENCO/any other Govt. organizations, TGGENCO will reject the tender of such tenderer at any stage and it solely depends on TGGENCO's discretion. iii)Conditional offers will not be accepted and liable for rejection. iv)The genuineness of the authorization certificate and executed orders/performance certificates shall be verified directly from the concerned issuing authority/ offices, if needed. v)Prices shall be quoted taking into consideration of unloading of material at YTPS Site/stores. vi)If any bidder fails to upload previous orders by oversight, the bid shall be considered as a special case if the bidder is a regular supplier to TGGENCO, subject to the satisfactory performance of executed POs and it shall be at the sole discretion of TGGENCO.
