The Tender should be a KPWD Registered Class-III and Above contractor Attach Registration Certificate

To qualify for Award of this contract Tenderer in his name should have achieved in at least two financial years in the last five years ie period of 2021-22 to 2025-26 a minimum financial turnover in all classes of civil engineering construction works only of Rs. 40.02 lakhs. Attach Balance sheets and Profit and Loss account statements indicating the contract receipts related to civil engineering construction works received in last 5 years duly certified by the chartered accountant

To qualify for Award of this contract, each Tenderer should have in his name in the last five years satisfactorily completed as prime contractor at least one similar nature of work of value not less than Rs. 20.01 lakhs. Attach Work done Certificate issued by competent authority of rank not less than Executive Engineer.

The requisite E.M.D. as prescribed in KPPP portal should be submitted by the contractor.
