Storage with cooling capacity 60LPH Integrated Water cooler cum purifier installed at various locations i/c providing and replacing all necessary consumables, spares complete as required. The scope of CMC also covers replacement of pre filter, membrane once in a year & up to the satisfaction of EIC. MAKE - BLUE STAR / AQUA GUARD (Rate per Machine per Annum) b) For 2nd Year

Dismantling/Un-installation of 1.5 TR/2 TR /split AC (Indoor & Outdoor) including removal of copper pipe, drain pipe, power supply cable etc and transporting and storing at desired location up to the satisfaction of EIC complete as required.

Supply and fixing copper refrigerant piping size of 1/2 Inch upto 1.5 TR split AC with insulation up to outdoor unit etc. as required & as per direction of EIC.

Supply and fixing copper refrigerant piping size of 5/8 Inch upto 2 TR split AC with insulation up to outdoor unit etc. as required & as per direction of EIC.

Day to day operation of all types of Window/split/ductable split & VRV/VRF type HVAC system, all types of water cooler cum purifiers and drinking water fountain installed at various locations on daily basis and taking prompt action to report the concerned personnel for rectification action ensuring serviceability/satisfactory working condition & maintenance of record/documentations etc complete as required by engaging following manpower in 8 hours shifts basis on all days including Sundays & National Holidays as per direction of EIC - 01 No. Skilled, 01 No. Semi skilled 01 No. Unskilled b) For 2nd Year
