The L1 bidder should submit an MOU with RMC plant owner/firm on Rs. 100/- stamp paper as per the department proforma before entering into agreement without fail.

Copy of PAN Card, and Copy of Latest valid Income Tax returns submitted

Copy of GST Registration

Latest GST returns of the preceding quarter i.e., three (3) months before the month of tendering shall be submitted by the prospecting bidders

Details of value of Civil Engineering works executed in the last ten financial years in the Tenderer?s name in Statement-I such as balance sheet and profit & Loss statement

Details of similar works completed as Prime Contractor (in the same name) during the last ten financial Years in Statement-II with supporting certificates

Quantities of work executed as Prime Contractor (in the same name) in the last ten financial years in Statement ? III with supporting certificates.

Details of existing commitments i.e., works on hand and works for which tenders are submitted in statement - IV with supporting certificates with documentary evidence such as forwarding slips of agreement and certificates of value of work done if already executed certain work from the concerned EE along with documentary evidence.

Availability of critical equipment in Statement ? V along with declaration of critical equipment owned/ leased on non-judicial stamp paper of Rs. 100/-

Proof of owning QC lab or having tie up with an established quality control laboratory along with equipment required as per NIT

Availability of Key personnel in Statement-VI with their certificates

Litigation history in Statement ?VII

Proof of liquid assets / Valid solvency certificate from any scheduled bank for the required amount as mentioned in the tender document. The solvency certificate should not be earlier than twelve months from the date of submission of bids

Declaration in on line stating that the soft copies uploaded by them are genuine.
