Invitation to Bid - Annual Repair and maintenance of all Capacity Submersible and open well Motor Pumps of the existing Bore wells in the drinking water supply system from Ward number 12 to 23 in 2026-27th financial year under the City Corporation tumakuru. in KARNATAKA

Tenderer in his name should have in the last five years i.e., 2021-22 to 2025-25, achieved in at least two financial years minimum annual financial turnover the turnover should certified by charted accountant of Rs.54.90 Lakhs

Tenderer in his name should have in the last five years i.e., 2021-22 to 2025-26 satisfactorily completed at least one similar single work of annual maintenance and repair of submersible Motor pumps of bore wells of the value not less than Rs.27.45 Lakhs as the prime contractor. The Work done shall certified by Executive Engineer and above rank only.

The bidder shall submit an agreement with local submersible pump set dealer for supplying minimum of 10 spare submercible pumpset of different capacities at any given time for the entire tenure of this work.

Availability of Bore lifting vehicle can be deployed on Own or lease or hire basis the relevant documents RC issued by RTO and valid insurance certificate of the vehicle or Sale deed, Fitness Certificate, hire or lease agreements shall be furnished Two Numbers of commercial Crane Mounted or Bore lifting vehicle, of which at least one own vehiclete

The Agency/Contractor should submit the Liquid assets and/or availability of credit facilities of RS.16.47 Lakh Credit lines/ letter of credit/ Banker certificates from scheduled banks/nationalized banks for meeting the fund requirement etc. The Bidder should Clearly Mention the Name of the Work, Indent Number in the certificate.

The bidder should submit Class-II and above Electrical Contractor Registration Certificate issued by PWD/Department of Electrical Inspectorate.

The bidder should submit Vehicle document for Individual package different vehicle should be furnished for each package, if the bidder participates in more than one package or work
