Instrumentation includes GCMS with FID & autosampler, ICP-MS, and SEMI PREP HPLC with accessories. The SOW/ATC documents detail installation, training, and AMC/CMC maintenance requirements; bidders must meet equipment compatibility and safety standards as per ATC.

The buyer allows up to 25% adjustment in contract quantity or duration at the time of issue. After contract issuance, adjustments remain capped at 25%. Bidders must accommodate revised scope as per amendment notices and provide updated pricing if required.

The bid security or EMD is ₹1,014,100. Submit via the method specified in the ATC/EMD clause. Ensure validity for the entire bid evaluation period and include the reference details in the bid submission.
