Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as under Assessed available tender capacity is A X N X 2.5 - B.

Work qualification of The Bidder should have successfully executed similar single work of BBMP/GBA any other equivalent state or central government organizations in India Executing single work of 50 Fifty Percent of Estimate value of this work, involving execution of Providing street lighting/Poles/Cable Electrical works and as proof tenderer shall upload workdone certificate issued by officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer. The minimum workdone amount should not below 133.00 Lakhs.

Credit lines/ letters of credit/ certificates from the Nationalised Bank must not less than the 30 Percent of the Estimate Cost ie 78.80 lakhs and same should be uploadedas per FD circular dated-FD4PCL-2008 DT-14-10-2008.

The Bidder should have successfully executed in BBMP any other equivalent state or central government organizations in India, where 80 Percent of the quantities Must be Supplying and Errection of RCC/MS Poles 450 Nos Should be Supply and Drawing of LTUG/AB Cable of 15.00 KM in any one of the year during last five years 2020-21 to 2024-25 Certificate issued by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer shall be uploaded along with the technical bid of the Tender.

The Bidder shall have availability of jeep with ladder for work of maintenance by owning/Hire the required Two jeep with insulated alluminium ladder for Work. The ownership shall be in the name of the individual/ firm. The bidder shall upload the relevant documents along with technical bid OR original documents shall be submitted at the time of agreement. Further, the date of manufacture of vehicle shall be on / after, 1st April 2011.

The Bidder shall upload Qualification information as per section 3 and 4 of the Bid document.1.Qualification Information.2.Form of Tender.3.Pre Tender site visit.

The rate/amount quoted by the Bidder is less than the rate/amount put to tender, such bidder shall remit the unbalanced Amount as per the KW4, the unbalanced amount must be paid in the form of FDR/BG/DD and the same scanned copy should be uploaded in procurement Portal. Failure to comply with this condition, the tender shall be rejected.

The work involves scattered activities across the constituency area and is not confined to a single location/site. The execution of the work requires considerable labour and is not strictly time-bound therefore, tenderers shall take all such factors into account while quoting their bids and agree to comply with these conditions.

The work shall be carried out strictly as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge and the authorized third-party agency. The bidder shall mandatorily upload an undertaking/acceptance of the above condition on their official letterhead, duly signed and sealed, along with the tender documents.

The Bidder shall upload Qualification information as per KW4 of the Bid document.

The Bidder shall register with EPF and ESI, relevant original documents must be uploaded in KPP Portal . If exempted from registering under EPF and ESI for the same an affidavit shall be Uploaded in KPP Portal.The entire relevant original documents shall be produced before executing agreement, failing which the tender shall be rejected.
