Invitation to Bid - Providing Outsource Service of Data Entry Operators to Neraluru Gramapanchayath office in Anekal Taluk Bengaluru Urban District for 1 year in KARNATAKA

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The contract shall be valid for one (1) year from the date of execution of the agreement and may be extended by the Gram Panchayat for a further period based on satisfactory performance and administrative approval

The services shall be provided purely on an outsourcing basis through the selected Manpower Agency. The deployed personnel shall not claim any right to permanent appointment in Neraluru Gram Panchayat

the selected agency shall deploy qualified and experienced Data Entry Operators within 1 days from the date of issue of the work order and shall replace any absent, unsuitable or non-performing personnel within 3 days without additional cost to the Gram Panchayat

The personnel shall work during Government office hours or as directed by the PDO and shall maintain punctuality, discipline, confidentiality and satisfactory performance throughout the contract period

The agency shall pay salaries to all deployed personnel on or before the 5th day of every month irrespective of the release of payment by the Gram Panchayat and shall comply with all applicable Labour Laws, EPF, ESI, Minimum Wages Act, Contract Labour Act, GST Act and Income Tax provisions

Any violation of tender conditions, non-payment of salary, non-compliance with statutory requirements, breach of confidentiality or unsatisfactory performance shall constitute breach of contract and may result in penalty, termination of the contract and forfeiture of Performance Security

The successful bidder shall furnish the prescribed Performance Security before execution of the agreement, and any dispute arising out of the contract shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Bengaluru Urban District.

Bidder must abide to all terms and condition as per the document attached

The bidder shall quote the service charge at not less than 1% (One Percent) of the contract value. Any financial bid quoting a service charge below 1% shall be treated as non-responsive and shall be rejected without further consideration
